who is?

Hi! I’m Tim. I write, photograph, and film stuff.

Before I could grow a beard, drive a car, or attend first grade, I’d annoy my parents until they wrote down whatever story I was telling. I eventually got a knack for that typing thing, a skill which I use to this very day. The ramblings make a hair’s width more sense than they used to.

Later, I found the magic of documenting everything around me with cameras, be they of the photographic or video persuasion. Thankfully, they can do both these days.

I’ve been honing my passions in visual and written media my entire life, by experimenting on my own and learning in the classroom. As time goes on, it becomes clearer to me that I want to do this kind of thing for a living.

While I’m typically documenting cars, abandoned buildings, and all things outside, I’m thrilled to help people around me via this skillset. I’ve covered weddings, engagements, live events, and all sorts of shoots in-between. I’ve also worked with nearly all of today’s top photo and video editing applications.

Please have a look around, and I’m only a button tap away if you need to get in touch with me.

Non-narrative exploration of the Scranton Lace Company, which was left to rot after its permanent closure in 2002. I’ve visited this location multiple times, but this was my favorite; I hadn’t done much video storytelling for a few years, so this was a perfect way to jump back in. Look for a similar video coming soon at a brand-new abandoned location.

My first 4K experiment, shot with the Fujifilm X-T3 in Hacklebarney State Park, NJ. I originally intended to photograph the river, but I forgot my long exposure filters. Gotta make the best with what you’ve got in the field!

Take a quick but riveting look at the convoluted process of converting a winter-prepped Subaru to a summer-prepped Subaru.
